태랩 아동·청소년 안전 기준

태랩(영문명 LOCKED, 개발자: 안희성)은 아동·청소년 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)를 일절 용납하지 않습니다. 이 기준은 태랩 앱과 관련 서비스 전체에 적용됩니다.

  1. 금지 행위. 아동·청소년을 성적으로 학대·착취하거나, 이를 묘사·암시·조장하는 모든 콘텐츠와 행위를 금지합니다. 아동·청소년 성착취물(CSAM)의 제작·공유·요청, 아동에 대한 그루밍, 성적 목적의 접근이 모두 포함됩니다.
  2. 설계상 보호. 계정은 만 [최소 연령]세 이상만 만들 수 있습니다. 게시물은 서로 친구 요청을 수락한 사람에게만 보이며, 전체 공개 피드, 낯선 사람 추천, 메시지 기능이 없습니다. 영상에는 소리가 없고, 세션 원본 영상은 휴대폰에만 저장됩니다.
  3. 올리기 전 검사. 한마디, 노래 정보, 댓글, 이름은 금지어 검사를 거칩니다. 올린 영상의 일부 장면은 자동 검사 서비스([영상 검사 서비스])로 확인합니다. [도입 전]
  4. 앱 내 신고와 차단. 모든 이용자는 앱 안에서 다른 이용자, 게시물, 댓글을 신고하고 차단할 수 있으며, 신고 사유에 "아동 안전"이 따로 있습니다.
  5. 조치. 아동 안전 신고는 가장 먼저 검토합니다. 위반이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 즉시 영구 정지하며, 관련 기록을 보존합니다.
  6. 관계기관 신고. 확인된 CSAE와 CSAM은 대한민국 법령에 따라 경찰청(사이버범죄 신고, 182) 등 관계기관에 신고하고, 필요한 경우 미국 국립실종·착취아동센터(NCMEC) 등 해당 지역 기관에도 신고합니다.
  7. 법령 준수. 태랩은 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」 등 대한민국의 아동 보호 관련 법령과 Google Play 아동 안전 기준을 준수합니다.

LOCKED (태랩) Child Safety Standards

LOCKED, 태랩 in Korean (developer: Heesung Ahn), has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to the LOCKED app and all related services.

  1. Prohibited. Any content or behaviour that sexually abuses or exploits minors, or depicts, suggests or promotes it, including creating, sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or contacting minors for sexual purposes.
  2. Protection by design. Accounts are for people [minimum age] or older. Posts are visible only to people who have both accepted a friend request. There is no public feed, no suggestions of strangers and no direct messages. Videos have no sound, and original session videos stay on the phone.
  3. Checks before posting. Captions, song details, comments and names pass a blocked-word filter. Frames from posted videos are checked by an automated moderation service ([moderation service]). [not yet in place]
  4. In-app reporting and blocking. Every user can report and block other users, posts and comments inside the app, with a separate "Child safety" report reason.
  5. Enforcement. Child safety reports are reviewed first. Confirmed violations lead to removal of the content, immediate permanent account removal, and preservation of relevant records.
  6. Reporting to authorities. Confirmed CSAE and CSAM are reported to the Korean National Police Agency and, where applicable, to NCMEC or other regional authorities.
  7. Legal compliance. LOCKED complies with Korean child protection law, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses, and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
